About Amelia
I am an employee at an IT consultant company as a tax staff. My basic is accounting and I have 5 years of work experience.
I have taken music lessons, namely classical guitar for 6 years and have taught at Ruangguru as a classical guitar teacher. My hobbies and activities apart from work are yoga, gardening and playing music.

I've been taking yoga classes since 2017, and during the pandemic I've been getting deeper into yoga. I'm currently attending YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) to get certified. I am interested in yoga because yoga is beautiful. I think yoga is a way to get to know yourself and to better cultivate your mind, body, and soul to be healthier.
This class will be divided into 5 phases: approach, breathing technique, asanas/poses, meditation , sharing.
Classes are open to all ages & levels. The class will run for 1 hour.
