About Zoé

Coucou, Je suis une surfeuse de compétition, et l'été je me concentre sur le skate. Avec plus de 6 ans d'expérience comme entraîneuse de gymnastique, je me démarque par mon côté logique et simple à expliquer un mouvement. Complètement formée comme premier répondant avec plus de 90 heures de formation, j'assure aussi un environnement sécuritaire. J'adore partager ma passion, et je crois que j'ai une grande facilité à travailler avec les gens de tous les âges.

About the lesson

J'aime d'abord évaluer votre niveau avec quelques petits exercices. Ensuite, je serai en mesure de créer un cours en lien avec ce qu'il y a à pratiquer. J'aime pouvoir partager ma passion avec les autres de façon simple et claire. Le skate c'est d'être capable de vivre le moment présent et de déconnecter de tout le reste. Je crois que mes années de surf et skate me permettent de transmettre cette technique aux autres en s'amusant et en restant sécuritaire. Je peux donner des leçons en français, anglais et espagnol, pour tous les âges et tous les niveaux !!! :))
