About Jesse
I am a freelance writer and published poet and journalist and have been tutoring at both primary and TEE/ATAR level for over ten years. I can also provide wellbeing and positive mental health support to manage stress whilst studying. I have a twelve-year-old son I also tutor with daily work so am familiar with current state wide curriculum and content.

I'm very creative and patient and like to build resilience and self-worth in all my students. I believe that if individual needs are met students are more likely to stick to what they're studying. I base my lessons on where I think the student is with their learning and adapt my teaching to their particular style of learning; whether that's kinesthetically (learn by doing), audio learning or visual learning. I encourage all students to give input toward how they would like to tackle a new subject.
