Sympathetic Intellectual History MA student eager to share knowledge and experience (SELondon)

I have a flexible approach to teaching depending on the level and subject of interest. I always try to adapt my methodology to my students. Some learn better with creative approaches, such as teaching historical method with varied and 'non-historical' sources, whereas others benefit from careful analysis of historical texts and of the students work. Whichever way, I endeavour to make the lessons engaging for the pupils and always make clear the aims and achievements of every class.

I teach history, general knowledge, philosophy, current affairs, geopolitics, history of philosophy. For the level(s)primary, secondary, GCSE, as level, a level, BTEC, adult education, undergraduate, masters, diploma, doctorate.
I give lessons in person, at my home or the student's home.

Jacob 's Experience

I intermittently gave maths and flute lessons during sixth form and university, mainly to primary and early secondary school students, as well as teaching in the Red Rooster program. I would like to transfer my teaching experience to history, the subject in which I am completing an MA at the University of London (Queen Mary's/ UCL).
