About Tahrima
I’m Tahrima and for my last degree, I completed my Postgraduate in History at SOAS, University of London. In my previous role as Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, and briefly TA at mainstream schools, I was praised by my supervisors and was trusted with additional responsibilities and was offered a bigger role in the institution. I dedicated myself to help pupils make progress and excel academically and work for the betterment of their personal wellbeing. I got along very well with all bodies of school at Swiss Cottage; other classes, transportation support, management and had a very good relationship with the parents and children. I was praised for what came effortlessly to me, I gave off a very comforting, accommodating and positive energy which resulted in me achieving a reputation amongst my colleagues and other stakeholders as a positive role model for the school and the children.
I made sure and I continue to take responsibility for my on going professional development. If you decide to hire me for the concerned position(s), I believe you will quickly see a positive return on your investment and in return I will accomplish my next goal, to successfully work towards my goal of being an excellent educationist.

I firmly believe that a nurturing, comfortable and safe environment is very important for every child. Primary and Secondary stages and ages are where one is growing and learning to manage their emotions. And whilst going through that stage of life, every child’s any and every action is a reaction and that put things into perspective and you can understand the child’s emotions and needs and support them better. This helps be a good role model for the child and create an important relationship with the child where they feel safe with their feelings and you can support them with education and other needs efficiently through communication.
