As a rising Senior who has went through the process to which schools set one up with - it will be easier for students my age who are struggling as well as kids younger than me to communicate with because I still am going through the enhancement of my own English skills.
My one on one tutoring would be more of a friendly environment to be pursued rather than a strict mentor to student.
The reason I chose such a subject to teach is because I had my own interest in pursing English but hindered away from it due to a writers block as well as my age being one of my set backs people put on me. This serves to be the reason for my push as well. I want to stem the same desire for creativity that everyone holds and unleash it to the extent you wouldn't even think of having all of this contained.
