About Burçak Melike
After completing my Rys-200 training in yoga, I took meditation and breathing expertise. After taking two levels of training from 21 ways, I add my old training science knowledge to the classes and have functional trainings. I do one-on-one work. I work on health, fitness, body, breath and mental integrity.

I am Burçak Melike, after acting as a basketball team player, I became interested in philosophy and started working on yoga philosophy and anatomy. Currently, I am doing pilates second level coaching, functional studies, breathing therapy, meditation coaching, yoga instructor. I also write for the reverse journal. I teach a fitness program and brie classes for health and wellness
