About Sofía
I am from Costa Rica. Formerly a dedicated nurse, I discovered the transformative power of yoga during my travels in India. Where I did my yoga training. Now, with an open mind and heart I am embarking on a new journey as a yoga teacher. Known for my active lifestyle, traveling around the world, I will bring a unique blend of qualities to the practice of yoga.

Typical Lesson Plan: Centering and Breath Awareness Warm-Up Cool Down Meditation or Savasana What Sets Me Apart as a Yoga Teacher: I emphasize the integration of physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of yoga, creating a well-rounded practice. I strive to create a supportive community by providing individualized attention, understanding the unique needs of each student. My yoga classes are open to students of all levels, backgrounds, and ages.
