About Lauren

I love to help students improve their skills while also improving their confidence! I believe that any student can succeed with the right mentor, materials, time, and attitude! In addition to being a teacher and tutor, I'm also a mom, so I understand how stressful it can be for kids and parents. Let me give you a hand!

About the lesson

I teach secondary (grades 7-12) English Language Arts and tutor on the side. I strive to create interesting and interactive lessons that will allow you to develop your skills without it feeling like drudgery!
I have a California teaching credential (the most difficult teaching credential in America) as well as a Master's Degree.
