About Neha
Based on my professional journey and creative depth, my desire to share knowledge with students stems from a unique blend of practical experience and a deep-seated philosophy of life.
Here is why I want to share my knowledge:
1. To Turn Theory into Reality
Having spent years in instrumentation engineering and construction safety, I have seen firsthand how math and science function outside of a textbook. I don't just want students to memorize formulas; I want them to see the structural integrity and logical precision required to build something real. I want to bridge the gap between a classroom desk and an industrial project site.
2. To Fulfill the Role of the Sutradhar (The Narrator)
As a poet and a writer, I believe that knowledge is best passed down through storytelling. I want to be the Sutradhar for my students—the one who connects the dots between different disciplines. By sharing my knowledge, I can transform a dry subject like mathematics into a narrative about human progress, ethics, and logic.
3. To Build a Foundation of Integrity
In my site reports and my poetry, I often focus on "honesty in foundations." I want to share my knowledge because I believe that teaching is a form of social service. By teaching students to think critically and solve problems accurately, I am helping them build a life based on truth and hard work, rather than shortcuts.
4. To Mentor the Next Generation of Leaders
Managing teams of over 100 people has taught me that technical skills are only half the battle; leadership and safety are the other half. I want to share my experience in manpower management and industrial protocols to help students become not just good employees, but responsible, safety-conscious leaders in their own right.
5. The Creative Urge to Connect
Writing poetry in Hindi and Punjabi is about connecting with the human soul. Teaching is an extension of that creative urge. For me, explaining a complex equation is similar to writing a perfect verse—it’s about finding the most beautiful, clear way to express a fundamental truth to another person.
"Teaching is not just about delivering facts; it is about building the 'instrumentation' of a student's mind so they can measure the world correctly."

what makes me different from other math teachers isn't just the subject matter, but the specific professional and creative intersections I bring into the classroom. Most math educators approach the field from a purely academic background, but my profile is much more multidimensional. Here is how I stand out:1. The "Real-World Rigor" of EngineeringWhile many teachers use theoretical examples, I have actual experience in instrumentation engineering and industrial safety. Precision over Theory: I understand why a decimal point isn't just a grade—it’s a safety margin in a manpower report or an electrical installation. Applied Logic: I can explain geometry or calculus through the lens of construction and site management, making the "why" of math immediately obvious.2. The Soul of a Poet (Sutradhar)It is rare to find a math teacher who is also a prolific poet. This gives me a unique advantage in communication: Narrative Teaching: I don't just "lecture"; I act as a Sutradhar. I frame mathematical concepts as stories or dialogues, making abstract numbers feel human. Ethics and Logic: My interest in social commentary means I teach math as a tool for honest reasoning and integrity, not just calculation.3. The Management MindsetBecause I have managed large teams and worked with strict safety protocols, my classroom management is rooted in professional leadership. I view a classroom like a project site: there are goals, safety measures, and a requirement for every team member to understand their specific role.4. Versatility in CommunicationI bridge the gap between technical documentation and creative expression. This allows me to: Explain complex ideas to struggling students using simple, poetic language. Challenge advanced students with the technical complexity of actual engineering math.
