About Chloé
I've been a dancer for 13 years now and I started pilates and yoga 4 years ago. I've taken courses and developed my own sessions and methods.
As for fitness, my passion for tennis is linked to it. Fitness and stretching are more than necessary to warm up before doing any sport.
Finally, my flexibility sessions are based on my 13 years of classical and modern dance.
I give online sessions and I used to give online lessons during Covid.
I also give face to face lessons.

My method is simple and effective - you don't need much equipment - and it's tailored to you.
My method is based on meditation and mindfulness for those looking for relaxation while working their muscles. My method is also based on cardio for those looking for challenge.
My classes take place indoors and/or outdoors.
