I am pursuing a BSc degree in yoga therapy at Swami Vivekananda Yog Anusandhan Samsthan. I am a certified yoga instructor and I have 3 years of experience in teaching. I am an SGFI National level yoga player. I have been practicing yoga asanas for the last 9 years.

I will focus on following-
Asana , pranayam , surya namaskar, breathing practices,stress managements, mindfulness and meditation.
On students request I can provide yoga therapy classes for specific issues such as gastrointestinal disorders,knee pain,back pain, diabetes etc.
