Both of my parents work in education—my mom is a teacher and my dad is a principal at a behaviorally challenged school of students 5-21 years of age. Both of them have always influenced me to take on helping others learn and understand concepts in a compassionate and effective manner

My lessons would be interactive, not lecture styled like many classrooms in college and high school. It would be more like a peer led review/conversation that would involve engagement and active recall. I would include many visual and auditory aides to stimulate learning.
