Yoga means union of mind, body and soul.
I am medically trained to diagnose and rehabilitate injury and pain as well as to maintain the body in optimal health with Yoga.
I teach Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative yoga.
I have 800 hours training in Vinyasa (flow), 600 hours training in Yin and another 450 hours of upskilling as well as 800 hours of Yin and Chinese Medicine.
