About Beata
Ran XC and Track in High School, continuing to run in college as well. My favorite event is the 1500/1600m my current PR is a 5:13, but this season it will improve significantly. I LOVE to run, exercise, and be outdoors. I would love to spread my passion and energy for running to you.

I have a deep passion for running and even if you don't love it yet, you soon will learn to love it. I have been running my entire life and got competitive in high school. I coach very flexibly, so I will adjust to your experience, goals, and workout preferences. I believe in having a well-rounded program by developing general strength, endurance, and speed through different forms of exercise.
