About Ashwin
I have been a into fitness over the last few years and joined boxing couple of years ago. Over the same time I also used to train for the Indian Army hence i have my experience in weightloss and body conditioning. I have been trained in basic self-defense as a part of Wing-chun for few months.

I believe in patience. None of these arts can be learned without patience and will to do so. I will be motivating my students and also provide some basic nutrition tips which will help them stay in shape. My teachings are going to be based on what i have been taught over the last few years and via video call.
