My teaching approach is entirely friendly. That way, my students could communicate with me openly about their doubts regarding any topic i am teaching. I will make sure that my students understood the topic very well before leaving the session. Salary is not my priority, it is that if I am putting forwardan effort, then it should succeed and my students must get benefited by that.
