About Purwal
Myself Rajat, a yoga teacher from Rishikesh, India. In 2017, I completed my diploma in yoga and naturopathy and graduated in Yoga science. For the last 5 years, I have been sharing and learning yoga teaching all around the world, especially in India.

Hello Namaste beautiful people, this is Rajat, teacher of yoga. I have been sharing yoga knowledge for the last 5 years all around the world. I teach the traditional way of Hatha yoga with a combination of Iyengar practice, focusing more on body alignment, Pranayama, and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teaching. Although there are various styles of teaching, my class will take you into a deep experience of yoga, which is what is actually important. I cover all these subjects in my class: Hatha yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa flow, Iyengar yoga, Pranayama, Relaxation, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Therapeutic yoga, Shatkarma, and Yoga philosophy.
