About Maria
As a tutor in primary level math, I am excited to share my knowledge and help young learners build a strong foundation in mathematics. As a primary maths tutor, my approach to teaching is centered around making learning fun and exciting for my students. I believe that creating an enjoyable learning environment is crucial in motivating students to engage with the subject matter and take an active interest in their education.
My teaching techniques and methodology are highly personalized and tailored to the individual needs of each student. I begin by assessing their current level of understanding and identifying any gaps in their knowledge or areas where they require extra support. From there, I develop a customized lesson plan that includes a variety of interactive activities, games, and exercises designed to reinforce the concepts being taught.
Typically, my lessons are between 1-2 hours in length, depending on the needs of the student. As a fellow graduate student, I have a strong background in mathematics and a wealth of experience working with young learners.
