About David

Tutoring and lecturing at the University of Tasmania over the past five years in the field on information systems, particularly in programming and 3D graphics. I have a bachelor of computing with first class honours and extensive industry experience.

About the lesson

I believe the only way of learning is to try things and make mistakes. I can and will provide plenty of theoretical information and then I try to nudge my students towards the solution with hints when they are stuck on something rather than just giving the answer. Programming is problem solving and thinking about the problem and asking the right questions is what I try to guide my students towards.
