About Kevin

My goal is to help students and others unlock their full potential and achieve the grades they aim for. I am originally from Germany and recently moved to London to do my PhD in physics at UCL. I have a German Bachelor's and Master's degree in Physics from Saarland University. Over the past five years, I have been preparing students for the German Abitur (A level equivalent) and for university maths and physics exams. Furthermore, I was an official (employed) tutor for Advanced Mathematics for Engineers at Saarland University. While I have a broad knowledge in mathematics and physics, I excel in making mathematical problems accessible and understandable for each unique student. This is why my students from Germany are still sending me messages and asking for one-to-one tutoring every time I visit Germany. So why not give it a try and test it for yourself. I am convinced that tutoring is all about addressing a student's unique needs, so do not hesitate to contact me to discuss what you would like to get out of lessons. If lockdown measures allow it, I am also happy to meet in person for a chat. I look forward to hearing from you! Anne

Kevin is an excellent tutor. He has always been on point with his explanations and was able to considerably improve my knowledge.
I would recommend him to anyone seeking to not only solve a given problem but to learn how to apply the logic to any future problem on your own.
His professional attitude and his flexibility to adapt to my schedule, were definitely as helpful as his ability to share and explain his profound knowledge.

Mr. Klein taught me Math after school for 1-2 times a week whenever I needed it. He was very flexible and always there when I needed help. He made the subjects very easy to understand and always found a way to explain it to me.
