About Loraine
Music occupies every waking hour of my life. I hold a BA in Music from the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music.
My career involves writing, recording, and teaching music across many different genres. I work with aspiring artists, gigging musicians, students, and content creators to turn their vague concepts into tangible reality.

Admitting you are stuck on a lyric is the best place to start a session. I use a real session style workflow that mirrors how I handle my own professional projects. We sit down to organize your title and concept development before diving into chord progressions. Finding your voice within a specific genre like pop or folk requires patience and an ear for detail.
My 5 years of experience allows us to navigate harmony basics and demoing your ideas without unnecessary stress. You will learn how to structure your lyrical content for maximum impact.
I make sure we address any confusion regarding your melody or song structure. Developing a consistent routine for finishing songs becomes the core of our work. The process of turning a rough idea into a complete song is rewarding.
