About Emily
When I was in high school I struggled with math in every manner. It seemed as if every step to solving a problem was complex and unintuitive. Before I graduated, I decided to spend 20 hours a week with a tutor and try to understand how to approach and solve math problems. Now, I find myself looking forward to my math classes and making sense of complex theories by looking at things from a different angle - a simpler angle!

Tutor with me for math if you seek patient and relatable guidance. I am a 3rd-year mining engineer and have taken many math and calculus courses over my academic career. I’ve come to understand how to simplify complex concepts, use real-world examples, and ensure a clear understanding for my students. Patience and understanding is key!
