About Monica Iris
I am a graduate for Bachelors in Education, been employed previously by companies for healthy lifestyle in skincare, food and supplements and my love internally for a healthy living was developed through them. I am a personal instructor in my spare time, i also a coach for nutrition. I love wealth in health and i understand investing in one's health is power. We all have one life and body and should live it healthier so it continues to carry us in our old age.

My teaching methods are visual based and contains examples to engage a learner thorough, my approach is that I treat every learner according to their individual strengths and try to understand each learner's background to give a fair lesson. I then finish by opening the question time to learners so they are more knowledgeable and informed, if a question cannot be answered immediately i always try my best to answer it in our next meeting.
