Methodology

I teach college, A-level and university students. My teaching method is problem-based which improves students' learning outcomes. I am very patient, empathetic and able to explain complex topics in the simplest possible manner. My lessons are very interactive and engaging.

Experience

I am a University lecturer with over 8 years of teaching experience in Pure/Applied Maths and Electrical Engineering principles. I have taught over 3000 students and 90% of my students make distinction grades. I apply a problem-based approach to teaching which improves students' engagement and learning.

PERSONAL PROFILE
I am a motivated, goal-driven individual with a strong passion for research and development. My research focus lies in nonlinear system modelling, analysis, design and control in the frequency domain, Mechatronic systems, Energy harvesting, Structural dynamics and health monitoring with machine learning, and Smart systems and structures. My future research plans involve building strength in focal areas of my research interests. I am looking for an academic role where I can develop my skills further, researching new technologies and imparting same to young aspiring engineers and scientists.
