My teaching method starts with uncovering the specific topic(s) a student is weaker in within the subject being taught, and creating teaching plans for each session dedicated to the students needs. I will approach this by producing questions varying in difficulty to go through and explain to the student step by step of the different methods which can be applied to solve the questions provided. Homework will be set to challenge the student as to whether the teaching method has been retained, and will then be reviewed in the following lesson in order to refresh the students memory.
