About Shivi Pradhan
I am an ambitious and driven girl. I thrive on challenge and constantly set goals for myself and my students, so I have something to strive towards. I'm not comfortable with settling and I'm always looking for an opportunity to do better and achieve greatness. In my previous role, I'm a school teacher as well as a tutor and the bond between me and my students is really good. Students gets easily engaged with me. I constantly contact parents about the student's performance.

I'll make the class more engaging for students. Ask questions and seek students' opinions. Get my students to do an enjoyable introductory test before the commencement of the topic. Ask each student to prepare short presentation on each topic I plan to teach. Encourage group discussion and use multimedia files for better understanding. Provide notes and worksheets so students don't have to write everything down and make use of technology also.
