Price : £7.00 - Place : NorwichI am an international student from Mauritius, currently studying at the University of East Anglia. I speak two languages fluently, namely French (native language) and English. I have some experience in mentoring and teaching French,Maths and English to primary school students. Regarding my academics, I have completed both my IGCSE and International Baccalaureate (IB) certificate, achieving excellent grades. In my IB, I have achieved grade 6 in both English, French and Mathematics, equivalent to an A in A level. Overall, I achieved a grade of 36 which is an equivalent of 3 As in A-level. I have little experience in teaching but I have a good chemistry with children. I am a dedicated and hardworking individual who is passionate and driven, with a particular passion in tutoring children.

Course setup

I understand that every student have a different approach to learning. I aim to help students of all capabilities to reach their full potential by sharing my knowledge in the best possible way. I will guide through instructions they receive in class and mentor them toward study practices that can help them excel. I have taught and mentored underprivileged primary school kids as part of my Duke of Edinburgh programme. As a result, I was very happy to learn that they passed their Certificate Primary Education. Each subject taught has a different approach; while teaching French, I aim for a more technical approach where verbal and written communication is important. On the other hand, Mathematics is more practical and requires more application.
