Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle's methods of the 3 "I"s is what I use when training and teaching- intelligence, integrity, and INTENSITY!
Intelligence- I am knowledgeable (and keep learning more) about what works and what doesn't, in diet, training and recovery!
Integrity- When I walk into a gym, I leave my ego at the door, I walk in and respect every cable, weight, and bar that I grip.
Intensity- No workout is finished if you can finish your last set without struggling to pull, push, or walk! I train till I drop and that's what gets me results!
I am currently a History student at Uni, however, I have been playing basketball for over 7 years, rugby for 5 and skateboarding for over 10. Staying active is a passion for me and I maintain it by exercising 5 days a week! To get results that I want to show the world and to myself. Whatever your goal is, with enough dedication and training I can help you achieve it!
