I understand the issues classrooms can bring, with not adapting to different learning styles, and the anxiety of getting a question wrong, I can create a comfortable, academic atmosphere which can help perpetuate success inside and out the classroom. I will prepare lesson plans specific to each student and their abilities, set up flexible schedules and be available for quick questions through means of communication which my students are comfortable with providing.
