About Taizeen
I am a Sydney-based engineering graduate with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Software Engineering, offering professional online math and physics tutoring for high school students. With a strong academic background in advanced mathematics and physics, I bring both technical depth and real-world analytical experience to my lessons. I have studied and worked in diverse international environments, which has strengthened my communication skills and ability to explain complex ideas clearly and patiently to students of different learning styles.
My approach is structured, calm, and results-focused. I prioritize clarity, consistency, and measurable improvement, ensuring students understand core concepts rather than relying on memorization. I offer online maths and physics tutoring for students of all ages, with a strong focus on building genuine understanding and exam confidence. As an engineering graduate from the University of Sydney I have a strong grasp on the essential concepts for students to learn as well as experience in teaching at various levels of complexity.
My teaching centers on first principles: I make sure students understand why concepts work before moving into harder questions, so they can handle unfamiliar problems independently. Lessons are interactive and problem-focused rather than lecture-style.
We work through examples together, then I guide students through increasingly challenging questions while correcting misunderstandings early.
