About the lesson

I am passionate about education. As a tutor, I believe in tailoring my approach to each student's specific learning needs. I promote student-driven work, where students are at the forefront, and use reciprocal teaching and student choice techniques to encourage critical thinking and creativity. My teaching philosophy is centered around progressivism, where education starts with the student, and I adjust my instruction to match their interests and concerns. I work to build a genuine rapport with my students and am always open to their suggestions to improve my practice. I am committed to promoting higher-order thinking and empowering students to become better-educated individuals in our community
