About Natasha

I am a recently qualified veterinary surgeon who loves all aspects of biology. Throughout my degrees, I have helped my peers to understand difficult concepts, which in turn has sparked my interest in pursuing a rewarding role as a tutor. I am an approachable individual and eager to help wherever I can. I appreciate that everyone learns differently and so if a pupil is struggling to understand a topic, I will try a variety of explanations until I find one that suits that individual and cater to that pupils' strengths and weaknesses. Ultimately I aim to provide an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and hopefully make learning fun for them.

About the lesson

Having previously completed a degree in Bioveterinary Science a few years ago, this summer I was fortunate enough to have graduated with a degree in Veterinary Medicine and Surgery, and as such I am well versed in all areas of biology. I like to take a personalised approach, catering to my students' individual needs. I endeavour to ensure my students have understood what has been taught by setting GCSE and A-level standard questions, as well as by getting them to teach me what they have learnt from the 1 hour long lesson. Additionally, I am also happy to check any personal statements if students are considering submitting university applications as well.
