About Sylvie

I started practicing as a child with my grandmother, in the summer in her garden in the shade of trees. I love nature and living life to the fullest.
Since 2022, I have been training with a yoga highlights adaptation.

About the lesson

Yoga allows us to connect with our body, with sensations, with breathing and with the heart, which invites us to live in the present moments. I propose dynamic yoga class that will adapt throughout the year depending on the individual or group. The sessions are structured around a sequence of yoga postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation.

Review

All of our reviews are collected by us and are 100% reliable. They correspond to a real experience lived by the students of Sylvie.
