About Roxane
I am Roxane, the founder of Yoga in the Wind. I started yoga after doing gymnastics, circus, and fitness for years! But none of them gave me what I really needed: a mindful practice focused on my own well-being, on my emotions, feelings, tensions. After 3 years of daily yoga practice, I became a certified yoga teacher as my desire to share my passion with others kept increasing every single day. So far, I’ve accumulated over 350 hours of certifications, which include vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, mindfulness practices, holistic health coaching as well as life coaching. Since then, I have been teaching private and group yoga classes, as well as workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions, everything adapted online when needed. Sharing my passion and helping other people to bring more balance in their life and to become a better version of themselves, bring light to my personal journey.

For any additional information, please visit my website (concealed information) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Vinyasa and yin yoga classes typically last 60 min, a mixture of both can be done for classes lasting 90 minutes. My classes are adapted for beginners as well as advanced yogis of all ages. I also offer Holistic Health Coaching with weekly yoga classes, allowing to help women with menstrual disorders. I also offer a Stress Management Coaching Program with an inclusive yogic approach with yin, mindfulness, meditation, journaling and more. I want to share the benefits of yoga with others and create a growing and supportive community that is inclusive and caring. By teaching with creativity and knowledge, I want to connect with and inspire others to practice and develop the skills needed to embrace their life to the fullest while having full balance between their mind, body, and spirit.

Roxane is an amazing yoga teacher ! She taught me about 10 classes so far. Her classes are always focused on my personal goals and she really guides me well into each poses. Sometimes we practice vinyasa and sometimes yin depending on what I would rather do. Her yin classes really allows me to relax deeply, while the vinyasa classes are good for strengthening my body! I recommend her for sure!
