About Elodie
I give yoga classes and weekly or punctual meditation sessions to different audiences: individuals, companies and studios since the end of 2016. A relaxed face, a calm look and a smile are among the most visible results that appear at the end of my classes. but you can also add the physical results of flexibility, muscle building, self-confidence.

From the discovery of yoga to the deepening of your practice, I am here to accompany you on your personal development path.
My Vinyasa Flow yoga classes are accessible to all levels thanks to the variations proposed to adapt to each one. The +: my courses are designed around your goals (relaxation, slim, detox...) with personal development tips to apply on the yoga mat and in our daily lives.
The session opens with a time of meditation followed by gentle stretching and sun salutations, before continuing on the main sequence with standed, sitted, balanced and twisted postures. The session ends with a guided relaxation and a final meditation.
