I am Yoga Teacher who specialises in Vinyasa Yoga and Meditation. I have 10 years teaching experience and have practiced and taught in Australia, Bali and India. I have a Certificate IV in Yoga and am Yoga Alliance 500 RYT certified.

My classes are based around building strength and flexibility whilst also cultivating peace of mind, calm and a sense of gratitude.
Classes build gradually to warm and open the body and conclude with a short meditation, pranayama (breathing practices) and guided relaxation (savasana).
