I’ve played football for 25 years I’ve studied muscle development and nutrition I can help you go all the way just trust me I know all about how to make it as a professional footballer I know all about muscle warming up before a game and how to improve your speed I was the captain of my team and could run the 100 metres in 11.2 seconds I know all about nutrition and if you give me a chance I will be able to teach you how to make your body strong through warming up your body correctly muscle development and the right nutrition to make your body strong
