I am a certified wellness coach, equine-assisted learning practitioner, and restorative yoga instructor passionate about helping people slow down, reduce stress, and reconnect with their bodies. My approach focuses on gentle movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to support overall well-being. I create a welcoming and supportive environment for beginners and experienced students alike.
