About Mustafa
I am a graduate of Biology and I am studying Sports Management. I have been dealing with and training Cross Training Sports for 7 years. I form the infrastructure of physical competence required in many sports such as football, wrestling, boxing, basketball and volleyball. I have a Cross Training referee certificate and a wellness 1st level training certificate.

Maybe you will learn many movements new, as we will apply the Cross Training and functional training style. For this reason, if we want our training to be more efficient, we must pass the physical proficiency test. Otherwise, 4 class technical training will be with you.
