I believe yoga has the power to transform not just the body, but the way we experience life. With 4 years of personal practice and 2 years of teaching experience, I find fulfillment in helping people move with confidence, breathe with awareness, and live with greater balance.
My intention is to make yoga simple, accessible, and enjoyable, while supporting each student on their unique wellness journey through personalized Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation sessions.

With 5 years of personal practice and 3 years of teaching experience, I strive to make yoga accessible and enjoyable for everyone. My classes are suitable for children, students, working professionals, adults, and seniors of all experience levels.
