About Alexsandra

I have been practicing different sports for many years, but boxing has been one of my favorites, since it is the sport that has given me the most motivation to have a constant discipline.
I have different support materials to carry out my class and I also have 2 years of teaching experience.

About the lesson

My class will consist of different essential aspects to develop a good boxing technique, however, I also like to include different physical activities that help you gain flexibility, condition and coordination. Depending on your needs and objectives, I will adapt in order to reach your goal together.
