About Ishita
With over 10 years of experience and a BSc in Mathematics for Data Science, I specialize in helping middle school students who struggle with foundational algebra concepts. I focus on making topics like linear equations, polynomial expressions, and basic functions clear and approachable. I use fun puzzles, real-life examples, and step-by-step problem-solving to build both understanding and confidence. I believe learning math should be engaging, so I tailor lessons to fit each student’s unique learning style. Many of my students come with math anxiety, but I work patiently to help them overcome it through encouragement and practice. My teaching approach in Maths is gentle and reflective, focusing on building deep conceptual understanding of higher mathematics.
