About Julia
I am a writer, having studied creative writing for a year at university as part of my psychology and criminology. I have a working with children's check and love working with kids! Not only to help them in every way possible but to engage them with their interests. As part of university I also have studied young children and motivation. In the future I hope to be a child psychologist and to continue my writing.

My teaching method is firstly to observe the childs work both previously and currently to get an idea where they are up to. If they are learning to read, to get them to read aloud phonetically if they do not know a word and make the sounds if and aid them in any way possible. If Learning to write, TEEL is important, teaching how to link paragraphs, phrase paragraphs and how to engage the reader.
