About Kalpana Devendra
I am a certified Yoga Teacher and wellness educator with a background in engineering and teaching. My journey with yoga has been deeply personal and transformative. After a major accident while returning from work, my L2 vertebra was fractured. With the blessings and support of my loved ones, along with consistent yoga practice, patience, and discipline, I gradually regained my strength and today I am fit, active, and healthy again.
This experience strengthened my belief that yoga is not just exercise — it is a way to heal, grow stronger, and live with balance and confidence. I want to share this knowledge with my students through personalized classes that combine traditional yoga practices, pranayama, mindfulness, and modern strengthening exercises.
What gives me the greatest happiness is seeing positive changes in my students, especially women who join my classes to improve their health, confidence, flexibility, and peace of mind. Watching them become happier, stronger, and more energetic truly motivates me and makes teaching yoga deeply meaningful for me. My goal is to create a supportive and comfortable environment where every student feels cared for, encouraged, and inspired in their wellness journey.

My yoga classes combine traditional practices like asanas, pranayama, mantra chanting, and mindfulness with modern strength training and flexibility exercises. Every session is personalized according to individual needs, age, and health goals. I focus on creating a calm, supportive environment that helps students improve physical strength, mental peace, posture, and overall well-being with consistent and enjoyable practice.
