About Mariya
I have not always been good with math growing up. I used to struggle with it. But with enough practice and supportive teachers, I have learned to love it! I have a younger brother with autism, which gives me the ability to be patient and stay calm. I also enjoy working with children! I believe that they are a blessing and a joy to work with.

ever since i was in 5th grade, i had always loved math. it was my favourite subject in school and still is. i’m good with all kinds of math but i’m especially good with algebra, probability, arithmetic, and geometry!
i can teach children from 4th grade to grade 8! i have experience with working with children of all ages. during the summer, i work at a summer camp as a counselor!
i’m available online and in person during the week and weekends. (saturdays only) i’m also available in the morning and in the evenings!
my teachings range from helping with homework, to teaching the subject, and even providing your child with worksheets to help them practice!
as i mentioned above, math is my passion so tutoring is a pleasure for me!
