About Markel
I am a Pharmacy Technician who also has experience in teaching as I was a after school coach for Los Angeles Unified School District for the time that I was in school. I have a passion for teaching that I discovered working with the kids and want to continue being influential in every way I can whether its for kids or adults! I was able to watch the kids I was teaching develop their skills in not only their school work but also in sports and games we would play. Being able to help the kids progress their abilities was an amazing feeling that I wish to carry on.

My teaching method is to understand what my students are capable of and their abilities first. I proceed by coming up with my students strong points and weak points so I can formulate ways that they can progress their weak points by utilizing their strong points. I understand every student is unique in their way of learning so I tend to the students preferences in how they are able to learn the best whether it be visual, verbal, physical, or etc.
