About Melody
I’ve stayed true to the title “Little Teacher” ever since it was formally given to me in kindergarten by the principal of Literacy First Charter School. Every year I realize more and more just how important (and how much I LOVE) to assist my peers. Not only does it give me satisfaction seeing them light up as they begin to understand a once difficult topic, it also substantially decreases the amount of questions in class, resulting in a thorough and smooth lecture. I feel so blessed to have come across SuperProf as a full time college student studying Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. It has been extremely heartwarming to have seen so many bright smiles and to have heard so many sighs of relief. Everyone is capable of reaching great heights, sometimes they just need a helping hand.

I've tutored elementary - high school mathematics for almost four years, and find that it's allowed me to make connections through the subjects to push students of all ages through their math classes seamlessly! I specialize in review for test taking, and take pleasure in providing "get ahead" lessons. I believe that an early start on chapters allows for stress free lectures in the future. I began teaching Chemistry over a year ago, and find my experience with math was the reason behind my high (even aced!) exam scores in Intro and General Chemistry.
