About Amber
I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and been a practicing chiropractor for 10 years. I often recommended my pregnant patients to start prenatal yoga classes but finding a teacher was a challenge for them. I thought to combine both my loves of yoga and helping people by becoming a certified prenatal yoga instructor and have loved teaching the classes! It’s amazing to watch people continue to do yoga throughout their pregnancy in a safe and gentle way, helping them and their baby connect and relax.

As a prenatal yoga guide, I offer more than movement—I offer mindful support tailored to the unique physical and emotional journey of pregnancy. My approach is grounded in an understanding of the pregnant body’s changing needs, with a focus on safe, gentle postures that promote strength, flexibility, and ease. I create a calm, nurturing environment where you can connect with your breath, your baby, and your inner strength.
