About Yasmine
I started doing yoga to get away from a sedentary lifestyle and soon I fell in love with the sense of connection between mind, body and soul.
And I would very much like to share this experience with my classes, which are designed for all different levels according to the student's physical capacity.
Each student will have their own practice routine that will be continually updated as they progress.
Classes in different styles are chosen or recommended depending on taste and need.

Hatha Yoga
With fewer and lighter postures, it is suitable for beginners. It works the balance between body and mind through the practice of breathing techniques, postures and relaxation.
Ashtanga Vinyasa
Dynamic and more intense, it quite challenges the whole physical body. It has its postures synchronized with the breath and is one of the most suitable yoga styles for those who want to lose weight and gain body awareness.

It is a therapeutic yoga method that tends to put you in a very relaxed state, you prefer to do it at a time when you can continue to rest. Indicated for those looking for restoration and physical comfort.
